Eligibility for Returns
To return an item, it must:

- Be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Sale Items
Sale items are non-refundable. Only regular-priced items can be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please email us at [email protected].
Gifts and Returns
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, we will issue a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, we will send a gift certificate for the amount.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and notify them of the return.
